We collect basic personal information like your name, email, shipping address, and payment details only to process orders and provide customer support. We do not sell your data. Your information may be shared with trusted third-party services needed to complete your order, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and our store platform.

We store your data securely and only for as long as needed. You may contact us anytime to update or request deletion of your information. By using our shop, you agree to this policy.

Shipping: I pack & ship within 1 to 5 working business days. Holiday time may have some delays. (USPS) United States Post Offices are closed on Sundays and these Federal Holidays:

• New Year's Day: January 1
• Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Third Monday in January
• Presidents' Day: Third Monday in February
• Memorial Day: Last Monday in May
• Juneteenth: June 19
• Independence Day: July 4
• Labor Day: First Monday in September
• Columbus Day: Second Monday in October
• Veterans Day: November 11
• Thanksgiving Day: Fourth Thursday in November

• Christmas Day: December 25 

Returns: Items must be in original condition, in same box, and returned within 7 business days. I include a return shipping label for your convenience. 

Refunds: Once you return package I will issue you a refund. This can take up to 3  to 7 days to process.
